To prepare estimates, complete services onsite, process payments, support warranty claims, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve offerings.

5) Colorado rights

Colorado consumers can request access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising/sale/profiling. Submit requests to mr.greenos777@gmail.com. We respond within statutory timelines and provide an appeals process for denied requests.

 

6) Security & breach notification

We maintain reasonable safeguards. If a security breach affects your data, Colorado law requires notice within 30 days and AG notice if 500+ residents are affected.
