1) Who we are

Mr. Green Garage Door Repair Services LLC (“Mr. Green,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides garage door repair, installation, and related services exclusively at the customer’s location.Our business mailing address is 2600 Lawrence St, Apt 1083, Denver, CO 80205. This address is not open to the public and no services are provided there.

 

2) Estimates, authorization & invoices

We provide free onsite estimates at your home or business before any work begins.No fees apply for estimates unless you authorize us to proceed with repairs.You will receive an itemized invoice describing labor, parts, and warranties once services are performed.

 

3) Onsite service

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including securing pets, children, and personal belongings.If you approve repairs, work will be performed at the agreed-upon price directly at your location.

 

4) Cancellation rights (home solicitation sales)

If you authorize work at your residence, Colorado law generally provides a 3-business-day right to cancel. You will receive a cancellation notice and form.Exception: If you separately request emergency repair services (e.g., a garage door stuck open or closed, posing safety/security risks), this cancellation right may not apply.

 

5) Parts & warranties

All parts installed by us include a 3-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.Manufacturer warranties (if longer than 3 years) also apply.Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or lack of reasonable maintenance.

 

6) Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, bank transfers, wire transfers, and similar electronic methods.Returned or failed payments may incur a processing fee.

 

7) Website & digital materials

Use of our site and any downloads is subject to the Digital Product Policy below.

 

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services and parts are provided with the stated warranty above. Except as required by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits your non-waivable consumer rights.

 

9) Dispute resolution; venue

Before formal action, please email mr.greenos777@gmail.com so we can try to resolve concerns. These Terms are governed by Colorado law; venue lies in Denver County, Colorado.

 

10) Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes take effect prospectively.
